i am an abstract painter and mixed-media artist, a divergent thinker with an intuitive and experimental process. my practice is grounded in color, language, and color as (the richest and most universally intelligible) language and the ways in which art and art objects invite dialogue and carry meaning in(to) the world. my highly gestural work speaks in color — the translation of an intense mind in constant motion; invoking the deeply felt emotional resonance of color, i create spaces ripe with, and for, transformation.
